next key judgment can be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That judgment is whether:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the house can be built in a standard way on that site, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ground reinforcement or other measures will be required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the important point is this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>this cannot be fully predicted in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2
